Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
If we anticipate any significant delay in shipping your order, we will notify you by email.
Order Changes
If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us at getnoova.help@gmail.com as soon as possible.
We can only accommodate changes within 24 hours of placing your order and before the order enters the fulfillment process.
Once an order has begun processing, we cannot change the shipping address, modify items, or cancel the order.

These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Noova has no control over these fees and cannot estimate their amount.

Delivery Delays
International orders may occasionally experience delays due to customs processing or local postal service issues.
Noova is not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or other factors beyond our control.
Address Accuracy
It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct.
Noova is not liable for orders that are undeliverable, returned, or lost due to incorrect address information.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven’t received your package:

If your package shows no delivery scan after:
