Refund Period

You have 30 days from the date you receive your product to request a refund.
After this period, unfortunately, we can no longer offer a refund.

Processing Time

Once the item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm its receipt and condition.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days to your original payment method.


Partial Refunds

  • For items that show signs of use or damage (not due to our error)

  • For any item returned more than 30 days after receipt (if accepted as an exception)
